Step 1: Figure 1. Click on yellow Security Bar and Click “Install Active X Control”

Step 2: (No Picture) Windows Vista Only - A Security Window will pop up. Left click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 3: Click “Install” on the Add-On Installer Window

Step 4: Windows Vista Only - Click “Allow” on the Internet Explorer Security Window

Step 5: Type your name in the text box and click “If you changed your name for our list, click here”.

Step 6: Click “View and Remote Control”

Step 7: At the end of the remote session, click “Exit”.

Step 8: At this time you are now disconnected. We will no longer be able to access your computer.

If you'd like, you can go into Add/Remove Programs and remove Jaunt.
Or, you can keep it installed for future use and you will not have to go thru these prompts
each time you need our assistance.
