Note: Data recovery does not guarantee
that all of your data can be retrieved. If we are unable to
access the hard drive, there will be a flat fee of $50.00. If
data can be retrieved, yet not all the data that you are looking
for, the charge will still be $150.00.
There are other options to retrieve data from Hard Drives that
can not be accessed, but this can be a much more expensive
operation. |

How to Improve your Service Experience.
Remote Access
Remote Access means that we can access your computer as long as
you have a hi speed internet connection and can access the internet.
We can perform many repairs and assist with many problems
without you bringing your computer to the shop or a tech coming to your
house or business. This service will save you money and time.
We can see what you see.
Please call and make an appointment before proceeding to Remote Access.
(This is not recommended for a computer that has a lot of viruses and in
need of a Full Clean.)
In Shop vs In Home
If your computer has slowed up due to viruses, adware, spyware, what is now being called malware
or greyware, the best solution is to bring your
computer to our shop. We can run several scans using several utilities
and ensure that when your computer is returned to you, it is virus free.
These scans take many hours. If done at your home, we cannot take the necessary time to remove all instances of malware. And it costs much
less to have this cleaning done in our shop. If you need assistance in
removing all the wires and connections, we can assist by picking up the
computer and bringing it back to the shop repairing it, and returning it
and setting it up for you for a small fee.
OnSite usually has your computer ready in 24-48 hours if done in the
shop.
Hard Drive/Operating System Failures
If your Hard Drive or Operating System has failed, there are
ways to retrieve your data.
If the Drive can be accessed,
We may be able to restore some of your data only. There is a
difference between data and programs. Programs create the
data. Data is created by Programs. Programs cannot be restored from a
failed Hard Drive. An example of this would be pictures. Pictures can be
retrieved, however, the programs that view these pictures will have to
be reinstalled once your computer is repaired.
If the Hard Drive cannot be accessed,
The data can still be retrieved. However this can be a very expensive
operation. We offer this service if required.
