All the staff at Onsite Computers wants everyone to stay safe during the COVID epidemic. We are taking every precaution to ensure we stay as germ free as possible by wearing masks, cleaning hands, and maintaining our distance as much as possible. We are still working on computers.

Having your computer available while you are staying as safe as possible is of the utmost importance at this time. It may be the only means some stay in touch, work from home, or just entertain yourself and family.

We can help with your computer over the phone or connect remotely to your computer. We are very efficient in helping you in this way.

​

This way, no one has to come in contact with anyone else during a computer repair or assistance. It is also much easier since you don't have to take the time to unplug all wires and the time to bring it to us.

AND it is less expensive. ($25 per 15 minutes for home, $30 per 15 minutes for business) Most questions or problems can be taken care of in under an hour or less.

There are some things we can't do remotely, such as replace hardware or fix a No Boot issue, or a Blue Screen issue. We can still do that, but call us first to see what is needed.

We have been seeing new viruses, that when you log in to your credit card website or bank account, there will be a very legitimate looking addition to the page pop up asking for your complete account information to include account number, CVV number, expiration date, etc. 
THIS IS A VIRUS ON YOUR COMPUTER!

Virus Notes:
Due to the number and types of viruses that are currently out there and not knowing the future viruses, here are a few rules:

1. Change your passwords often. Every 30 days or more often.
2. Never insert your full Credit Card, Account information, or Social Security Number if asked for it by any website, including your Bank or Credit Card Website after it is set up.
3. You will NEVER be asked for your login information in an email.
